The City of Love and Light is shining brighter than ever for the 2024 Olympic Games. As you start scrolling, trust your eyes—Paris is buzzing with stars tonight for the Prelude to the 2024 Olympic Games. LVMH boss Bernard Arnault, Comcast NBCUniversal CEO Brian Roberts, Grammy-winner and Louis Vuitton men’s creative genius Pharrell Williams, and Vogue’s Anna Wintour are hosting an epic gathering of athletes, artists, and celebs at the Fondation Louis Vuitton, just before the Paris 2024 Opening Ceremony kicks off.

Co-hosted by Charlize Theron, Serena Williams, Rosalia, and Omar Sy—and held at the iconic Foundation Louis Vuitton designed by Frank Gehry—the party is a dream game night come to life. Picture this: table tennis, foosball, archery, and more, plus interactive installations curated by Pharrell. The menu? Pure culinary magic from Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert and cocktails by Moët Hennessy.

Before diving into all the fun, the crowd of athletes, designers, artists, and performers will strut their stuff on a track-themed red carpet in looks perfect for a night of glam and revelry. Check out every epic outfit from the Prelude below!

Forget the red carpet—guests strutted down a three-lane track jamming to hip-hop hits. Some went straight to cocktail hour to munch on crispy langoustines and green veggie tartlets by Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert, while others, like David and Lauren Bush Lauren (rocking Team USA gear, naturally) and tuxedo-clad NBA star Tyrese Haliburton, queued up for the Inside Out photo booth by French street artist JR, printing poster-sized black-and-white shots.

With cocktails in hand, guests got an up-close look at four dazzling medals: the Olympic gold, silver, and bronze ones designed by Louis Vuitton for the 2024 Games, and Alexandre Arnault’s New York City Marathon medal, which he sported as his accessory of the night.
Co-hosted by Charlize Theron, Serena Williams, Rosalia, and Omar Sy, the game night-themed bash had celebs showing off their skills on a giant foosball table (Cindy Bruna and Christian Louboutin were super focused), aiming at archery targets designed by KAWS, and practicing jump shots with Tiffany blue basketballs. While LeBron James, Devin Booker, Angel Reese, and Jayson Tatum mostly mingled, Jeremy Allen White gave it his all at the claw machine, with Rosalia and Simon Porte Jacquemus hyping him up as the ultimate cheerleaders.

The “medal-worthy” dress code inspired Zendaya to rock Louis Vuitton, Snoop Dogg to shine in a gilded snakeskin blazer, and Mike Amiri to accessorize with a bold brooch. In a city celebrated for fashion and food, the cuisine was top-notch—after delectable hors d’oeuvres, guests enjoyed sea bass, ravioli, and stuffed zucchini flowers.
If there was an award for the guest who made everyone do a double-take, it went to Dr. Jill Biden. She rocked a tailored white suit and graciously shook hands, turning heads and stealing the show.

Next up was a surprise performance by Tyla, who slayed with hits like “Water” and “Jump,” plus her newest banger “Thata.”

The whole vibe was captured by photographers Marco Bahler, German Larkin, and Morgan O’Donovan. From the one-of-a-kind artist installations to Tyla’s lit performance, get an exclusive inside look at the Prelude!
